Fawn Mckay
Fawn MCK Brodie was born on September 15th, 1915 at Ogden Utah. Fawn MacKay, born into the Mormon Church's founding family, utilised her amazing writing skills as well as her impressive researching skills to create the psycho-historical biographies about Joseph Smith. The book The book, The book, No Man has a clue about My History was published in 1945. The title was inspired by the sermon title delivered by Joseph Smith in 1844. In the sermon, he shocked his hearers with his words: "You do not know me and you've never listened to my thoughts. My past is not known to anyone. Truth is that I'm not sure. Fawn wrote the 29-year-old Fawn. Since then there have been at least three writers who have risen to the task. Some have attacked him, some have deified him; some have even tried their hands at diagnosing him. The problem isn't that documents are lacking however they're wildly contradictory. Assembling these documents - sifting through first-hand and third-hand sources and fitting the Mormons' stories to those of those of non-Mormons into a true historical context - can be a challenge. It is both interesting and fascinating. FawnBrodie devoted herself to the profession. Her research and writing immortalized her with world-wide fame: Thaddeus Stevens. The Devil Drives (1959) Scourge Of The South Thomas Jefferson. The Intimate Histories (1974), and Richard Nixon.
